Generally speaking, you are able to visit the JANTON website without giving any personal data. You are not, in any case, obliged to provide JANTON with this information.
However, if you choose not to give this information, you may be unable to benefit from certain information or services that you have requested. GROUPE G2M may therefore, in certain cases, have to ask you to give your name, email address, telephone number, company and position (referred to below as your “Personal Data”). By providing this information, you expressly agree to it being used by GROUPE G2M for the purposes described in point 2 below, and for the purposes stated at the end of each form.

Purpose of the data processing
JANTON may process your Personal Data:
- in order to provide you with the information or services you have requested (such as receiving the Newsletter, sales offers, white papers or an assessment of your compliance level via a quiz); and/or
- in order to gather information for improving our website, products and services (via cookies); and/or
- in order to contact you regarding various events relating to GROUPE G2M, such as product updates and customer support.
Recipients
GROUPE G2M is the only recipient of your Personal Data. This data, whether in individual or aggregated form, will never be communicated to third parties, notwithstanding sub-contractors used by GROUPE G2M (further information on this subject can be found in point 7 below). Neither GROUPE G2M nor any of its sub-contractors will sell the personal data of visitors to or users of its website.
Retention period
Your Personal Data will be retained by GROUPE G2M only as long as required for the purpose for which it was obtained, as stated in point 2 above, and in no circumstances longer than 24 months.

Right of data access and communication
You have the right to access the Personal Data concerning you.
However, on account of GROUPE G2M’s obligations on security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data, you are informed that your request will be dealt with provided that you supply proof of identity, such as a scan of your valid identity document (if applying using our dedicated electronic form) or a signed photocopy of your valid identity document (if applying in writing).
GROUPE G2M informs you that, where applicable, it will be entitled to reject obviously unreasonable requests (due to their number, repeated or systematic nature).

Right to rectify data
Under this legislation, you have the right to request the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data regarding you which may be inaccurate, incorrect, incomplete or obsolete.

Response time
GROUPE G2M will respond to your request for access, rectification or objection or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period, and no later than one month after receiving your request.
Authorised providers and transfer to a third country outside the european union
GROUPE G2M informs you that it uses authorised providers to assist with the collection and processing of the data that you have provided. These providers may be located outside the European Union and receive the data collected via the various forms on the website (except for the form for exercising your rights under the Information Technology and Civil Liberties act which is provided and processed by GROUPE G2M).
GROUPE G2M has checked in advance that its providers offer adequate guarantees and adhere to strict conditions regarding the confidentiality, use and protection of data. Particular care has been taken to check that there is a legal basis for transferring data to a third country. One of our providers is covered by Binding Corporate Rules which were approved by the CNIL in 2016, while the others are bound by Standard Contractual Clauses and also by the Privacy Shield.
Complaints to the competent authority

Configuring the cookie management tool
